How to Make Pancake Bites
Whisk 1 cup (250 mL), 1 egg, 2 tbsp (30 mL) melted butter, and ½ cup (250 mL) milk together. Then, spray the wells and lid of the Silicone Egg Bites Mold with oil. Fill each well ⅔ full of batter and add any mix-ins (like fruit, chocolate chips, or even bacon crumbles), and cover it with the lid.
Add 1 cup (250 mL) water to the inner pot of the Deluxe Multi Cooker and place the filled mold on the cradle within the pot. Set to CUSTOM, high pressure for 15 minutes. After the timer goes off, manually release the steam and let it rest for 5 minutes before removing your pancake bites.
Cinnamon Roll Bites
When you make these delicious treats, you can enjoy the great taste of homemade cinnamon rolls without all the work! They’re perfect for whenever you want something sweet for breakfast or dessert.
How to Make Cinnamon Roll Bites
Spray the wells of the Silicone Egg Bites Mold with oil and press ready-to-bake cinnamon roll dough into each well. Add 1 cup (250 mL) water to the inner pot of the Deluxe Multi Cooker and place the filled mold on the cradle within the pot. Set to CUSTOM, high pressure for 20 minutes. Once the timer goes off, manually release the steam and let it rest for 5 minutes before removing your cinnamon rolls. Remove them from the mold and top with icing.
No-Peel Hard-Cooked Eggs

How to Make No-Peel Hard-Cooked Eggs
Spray the wells of the Silicone Egg Bites Mold with oil. Then, crack a cold egg into each well and cover the mold with the lid. Add 1 cup (250 mL) water to the inner pot of the Deluxe Multi Cooker and place the filled mold on the cradle within the pot. Set to STEAM for 10 minutes. Once the timer goes off, allow the steam to naturally release for 5 minutes. Then, remove the eggs.
Brownie Bites
With the Silicone Egg Bites Mold, you can make bite-sized brownies that are soft, gooey, and absolutely perfect.
How to Make Brownie Bites
Mix 9 oz. (275 g) Brownie Mix, 1 egg, ¼ cup (60 mL) oil, and 1½ tbsp (22 mL) water together. Then, spray the wells and lid of the Silicone Egg Bites Mold with oil. Fill each well ⅔ full of batter (you’ll have enough batter for two batches) and cover the mold with the lid.
Add 1 cup (250 mL) water to the inner pot of the Deluxe Multi Cooker and place the filled mold on the cradle within the pot. Set to CUSTOM, high pressure for 25 minutes. Once the timer goes off, manually release the steam and let it rest for 10–15 minutes before removing the brownie bites.
Cheesecake Bites
These Cheesecake Bites give you the delicious, creamy texture of oven-baked cheesecake in a perfect little serving. And whenever you make these for parties, you can top them with fresh fruit, caramel sauce, or flavored whipped cream as an extra sweet treat.
How to Make Cheesecake Bites
Spray the wells and lid of the Silicone Egg Bites Mold with oil. Then, mix ½ cup (250 mL) graham cracker crumbs, 2 tbsp (30 mL) melted butter, and 1 tbsp (15 mL) granulated sugar in a small bowl. Distribute an equal amount of this crust mix to the wells and press them down.
Next, whisk 8 oz. (250 g) softened cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth. Mix in ½ tbsp (7 mL) cornstarch, ¼ tsp (1 mL) vanilla extract, 1 egg, ¼ cup (60 mL) granulated sugar, and 1 tsp (5 mL) lemon juice. Distribute an equal amount of this filling mix to the wells and cover the mold with the lid.
Add 1 cup (250 mL) water to the inner pot of the Deluxe Multi Cooker and place the filled mold on the cradle within the pot. Set to DESSERT and cook for 20 minutes. After the timer goes off, press CANCEL and let the steam naturally release for 10 minutes. Then, press the pressure release button. Let your cheesecakes cool completely and refrigerate them for at least 3 hours.
When you’re ready to serve them, place the bottom of the mold in warm tap water for 15–30 seconds; this will loosen the cheesecakes from the mold. Then, press the wells to release the cheesecake bites. Top with your choice of pie filling, sauce, fresh fruit, or lemon zest.
Steamed Shu Mai Chicken Dumplings
Are you and your family in the mood for Chinese food tonight? Then, make these soft, fluffy chicken dumplings. When paired with ramen or pan-fried noodles, you’ll enjoy a restaurant-quality meal made by you!
How to Make Steamed Shu Mai Chicken Dumplings
Follow the steps to make Pressure Cooker Chicken Dumplings. As you prepare the filling, reduce the number of wonton wrappers to seven. Start assembling the dumplings by adding your filling to the wrappers and folding them over the filling (some filling may be exposed).
Spray the wells of the Silicone Egg Bites Mold with oil and place a dumpling in each well. Add 1 cup (250 mL) water to the inner pot of the Deluxe Multi Cooker and place the filled mold on the cradle within the pot. Beginning with step 5, continue following the recipe. Serve with chutney if desired.
Chocolate Cake Bites
You can make any meal just a little bit better with these tasty treats! Whip up a batch and serve them with chocolate ganache for an over-the-top dessert that you’ll want to make again and again.
How to Make Chocolate Cake Bites
Whisk 7.6 oz. (215 g) cake mix, 1 egg, ¼ cup (60 mL) oil, and⅔ cup (150 mL) water together. Then, spray the wells and lid of the Silicone Egg Bites Mold with oil. Fill each well ⅔ full of batter (you’ll have enough batter for two batches) and cover with the lid.
Add 1 cup (250 mL) water to the inner pot of the Deluxe Multi Cooker and place the filled mold on the cradle within the pot. Set to CUSTOM, high pressure for 25 minutes. After the timer goes off, manually release the steam, take out the mold, and let it rest for 10–15 minutes before removing your chocolate cake bites.
How to Make Egg Bites in Your Oven, Microwave, or Air Fryer
If you don’t have a Deluxe Multi Cooker, you can still use the Silicone Egg Bites Mold to make egg bites. Here’s how:
Oven Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Whisk together 5 eggs, ¼ cup (60 mL) cottage cheese and ¼ tsp (1 mL) salt.
Brush wells of Silicone Egg Bite Mold with oil. Divide egg mixture among the wells, except for the center well (don’t fill the wells more than 2/3 full).
Top the egg mixture with 1-2 tbsp (15-30 mL) optional additions (bacon, cheese, vegetables) and gently submerge into egg mixture.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
Let cool 5 minutes before inverting.
Microwave Directions
Whisk together 5 eggs, ¼ cup (60 mL) cottage cheese and ¼ tsp (1 mL) salt.
Brush wells of Silicone Egg Bite Mold with oil. Divide egg mixture among the wells, except for the center well (don’t fill the wells more than 2/3 full).
Top the egg mixture with 1-2 tbsp (15-30 mL) optional additions (bacon, cheese, vegetables) and gently submerge into egg mixture.
Microwave for 1:30-2:30 minutes or until set (the eggs will puff up very high but deflate as they sit).
Let cool 2-3 minutes before inverting.
Air Fryer Directions
Whisk together 5 eggs, ¼ cup (60 mL) cottage cheese and ¼ tsp (1 mL) salt.
Brush wells of Silicone Egg Bite Mold with oil. Divide egg mixture among the wells, except for the center well (don’t fill the wells more than 2/3 full).
Top the egg mixture with 1-2 tbsp (15-30 mL) optional additions (bacon, cheese, vegetables) and gently submerge into egg mixture.
Place on middle rack of Air Fryer, cook on the BAKE setting for 13-15 minutes, or until set.
Let cool 5 minutes before inverting.

This statement is part of the product description. “You can also use the mold in the Deluxe Air Fryer, oven, microwave, and freezer.” I don’t have this, yet, but I think you’d just need to adjust time and temp to use it in the DAF, oven or microwave. In other words, play with it until you get food to deisred results!

Hi everyone! I didn’t care that there wasn’t directions. I popped in a scrambled egg with precooked bacon and some cheddar, set temp to 375 and cooked until they looked done and had popped up. (They WILL SHRINK BACK DOWN btw if you don’t use the lid, which i omitted the first time. it was easier to see when they where done. Ill try each of these recipes in the oven and my own Instapot. its silicone, it won’t melt. Don’t overthink this. the silicone mold is very nice and very durable and versatile. just play with it.

The default for STEAM is 15 minutes. That’s what you’d pick in the original PC Cooker – or any of the Instant Pots. Let it come up to pressure, let it go 15 minutes and then let the steam drop for 10 minutes before releasing the rest. There are dozens of videos on YouTube.

I would still poach my eggs in wide skillet so I can “see” them after creating the vortex and putting in my egg to gather the egg whites around the egg while it cooks. It’s just how my grandma taugh me and it’s still very fast with a slotted spoon to pick up out of water.

Why can’t we use in other type of pressure cookers, such as the one step. I do not need another pressure type cooker. If it is silicon, it should be ok in all types of cookers.

I found this “Starbucks” copycat recipe for 350 degrees in the oven. It uses a 12 cup muffin tin, but I used my egg bite mold from PC and they turned out fantastic! I also substituted light cream cheese for the cottage cheese. So good!! I also baked for 27 mins. to have them golden brown on the top and ensure they didn’t seem too soft. My husband ate 4 for breakfast and 2 more at lunch! Good thing I made a double batch!! https://madaboutfood.co/oven-baked-starbucks-egg-bites/print/6585/

I just tried for the first time. I don’t know why the lid is not oven safe. I used the lid and used the middle mold. All came out fine. Whisked 5 eggs and 1/3 cup half n half with my new whisk tongs. Used 1 tblsp olive oil and brushed inside each mold. Poured into all 7 molds to about 2/3-3/4. Chopped up honey baked turkey and cubed some smoked Gouda. Put approximately 1 tblsp turkey and 1 cube of cheese in each mold and pushed under egg mixture. Covered with lid. Placed on my small square RockCrok Grill Stone (which I hope they bring back because I use it ALL THE TIME. Cooked in my pre-heated Emeril 360 Air Fryer on Air Fryer at 400 for 24 minutes. At about the 19 minute mark I read the part about not using the lid in the oven so I ran to the kitchen and took the lid off. Continued cooking until done. Let sit 5 minutes. Came out perfect. Lid is just fine. Cleaned super easily with a bottle brush. Next I will try using with rack in a regular Dutch Oven pot with water to cook.
