Hi. I have decided I want to master making traybakes! Made lovely mint aero traybakes, tasted lovely but think im disaster at cutting them!
Some of the chocolate cracked on top. Any bright ideas on how to cut them without cracking and straight?

Hi,
Use a Hot Serrated Knife - so run the hot water and place the knife under it. Dry with a tissue and cut your tray bakes.

Don’t cut if it’s been in the fridge the chocolate will crack xx

So didnt put them in fridge and used small sharp knife (dipped in hot water & dried off). Oh and I did used a ruler[emoji57]. Happy with outcome, thanks for ur help.
